Shipping Policies

All bottles and samplers are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Orders are collected and then shipped once a week on Tuesdays. The following table shows the estimated shipping costs:

Sampler	$1.00
Orders of 1 to 4 bottles	$7.00
Orders of 5 to 10 bottles	$3.50
Orders of 11+ bottles	Free

A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once orders are shipped. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the destination. Our coconut jam contains no preservatives so it is essential that the package is not left outside in the heat or under the sun for extended periods of time.

Cocojam.me will also not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by (insert shipper). We are also unable to refund shipments refused by the customer at time of delivery. We do understand that sometimes problems do occur, so please contact us directly at sales@cocojam.me if you have any issues with your shipment.

Expedited Shipping & Special Orders

Expedited shipping is available but at an additional cost of $15 on top of normal shipping costs. For special orders that fall outside our normal production and shipping schedules, please contact us directly at sales@cocojam.me. We can process special orders outside normal schedules, but will have a minimum order of 12 bottles, at an additional $1 to $3 per bottle. Normal shipping costs apply, unless expedited shipping is requested.

Return Policy

Cocojam.me will not be able to offer any returns or refunds. It is highly encouraged that customers take advantage of our free samples prior to placing any orders.
